BTF has been generous enough to include the gatling and hilt parts
needed, so other than painting, it's pretty straightforward building the
Tactical Arms II.
Attached the power packs from the HG Blue Frame Second L and it's done.
Next up: RG Astray Gold Frame Amatsu Perfect Form

ReplyDeleteOnly the external components are from the HG Blue Frame. The internal component is is from the RG to retain articulation. I cut those up to fit inside the HG parts and cemented them together.
DeleteCould you please tell me where to find or how did you paint the dark oragne on the sword to match with the shoulder? Also, the 2 pieces on the sides of the body seems to be gunmental color. Did you paint it matte or gloss black?

DeleteThey were painted with Tamiya X6 mixed with XF2. The raitio is pretty much eyeballed to match the original shoulder armor color.
The battery packs were painted with a mix of X1 and XF53.
what kit was the sword from?
